During the year, the Bedford Lions Club arranges a number of fund raising events - you are more than welcome to come along and join in

Charity Auction in Aid of the Gamma Appeal
at Peacock’s Auction Rooms,
Friday 11th Nov 2011, Starting at 6pm

This November we are organising a Charity Auction in which we will be selling items which have been donated wholly or in part by Local Traders, Club members and members of the public. When offering an item for the Charity auction, sellers are invited to specify whether they are gifting the whole or 50% of the proceeds to the charity. The seller may specify a reserve in the normal way

The event is being run by Peacock’s who will not be charging a sales commission and thus all proceeds will go to the Charity

Christmas Campaign 2011

Bedford Lions Club will again be working hard throughout December to bring Christmas cheer to the people of Bedford and to raise money in aid of local good causes.

Most weekday evenings during December, Santa will be out in the streets and will visit areas of Bedford, Kempston, Putnoe, Bromham and Clapham
